Refund Policy

ServiceTree is a booking platform, whose refund policy varies between service providers.

Refund request before consuming the service

 The user gets 100% refund if the booking is cancelled within the specified time. Cancellation fee is charged to users who cancel after the specified time and the remaining amount will be refunded within 4 to 5 business days after refund request.

 To avoid refund hassles, the users are requested to pay online or offline after availing the service.

 To cancel the booking, users have to send cancel request from app or e-mail us prior to the appointment time.

Refund request after consuming the service

 Refund request after consuming the service completely or partially depends entirely on the service provider. If you are not satisfied with the service and looking for refund, you could avail full or partial refund based on the service provider policy. In this case, user has to contact us immediately. Refund request received after 2 days will not be accepted.
